Hola! From
Santiago de Chile!
Hi guys
Here is my first update from Santiago
de Chile where I'm living for the next five months or until I learn
Spanish.
My Spanish classes are progressing
well and I am starting to have some great conversations with all
sorts of people I meet in class, the street and in various bars in
Bellavista and Providencia.
Santiago is a great city once you get to know
her. Most people see only smog,
pollution and dangerous bus drivers
... but ... I see
extremely friendly people, cafe con piernas,
fabulous buildings, live rock, punks, and
posters for eighties nights on every street corner.
Anyway,
