May Bank Holiday Weekend 2004

Dan and I decided to take advantage of the long weekend to get away on our new Hondas and hit the WW1 battlefields of the Somme and Verdun ... with a little diversion into Champagne to taste some of Epernay's finest champagnes (which is probably not the greatest idea when you're on two wheels).

The weekend looked like this:

Friday Afternoon - London to Calais

Saturday - Battlefields Of The Somme to Somewhere Near Juniville

Sunday - Juniville to Verdun to Epernay

Monday - Epernay To Riems to London
